You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by the hosting platform's features (such as native sharing).
Our content is distributed through third-party platforms that have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms, not ours.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duskwire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
